(1) Work in group of 3 people where two of them are currently not living with their parents. Discuss if they have experienced homesickness and how they cure homesickness.

(2) Pair students up. Distribute sheets where students can see sentences (see below). One student reads lout out the sentence on his/her sheet, and the other student has to rephrase it using either “ might” or “ may”. Students take turn reading and rephrasing sentences.

Sentence1: Perhaps I’ll join a movie club.
Rephrase: Use “ might” or “ may”.
Correct answer: I might join the movie club.

Sentence 2: Perhaps the film will win the award.
Rephrase: Use “ might” or “ may”.
Correct answer: The film might win the award.

Sentence 3: Perhaps spy films will become more popular than action films.
Rephrase: Use “ might” or “ may”.
Correct answer: Spy films might become more popular than action films.

Sentence 4: Perhaps the local drug store will close.
Rephrase: Use “ might” or “ may”.
Correct answer: The local drug store may close.
