1. Bizarre Foods at the night market and around the World:

Before class (as homework), each student will do some research on the Internet for one bizarre food (from a foreigner's perspective) at Taiwanese night markets and one bizarre food (from his/her own perspective) in another culture. The student will print out the two pictures and share (describe) them with their group members in class. The students will then vote on the most bizarre food.

2. Group video:

Students will work in small groups to make a short video clip (3-5 minutes) introducing their favorite food at Fu Da night market.
